Our "Saitama Technical Center" was established in April 2022 with the aim of rebuilding an aging warehouse to consolidate and expand training functions and to accommodate new normal working styles. We aim for continuous ZEB operation to contribute to the realization of a decarbonized society, while also enhancing the health and intellectual productivity of building users by incorporating biophilic design and Activity-Based Working (ABW).
